BVP University’s New Law College, established in 1978, is the premier institute of international excellence in the field of legal education. It is one of the constituent units of BVP University Pune, recognized by the Bar Council of India & the University Grant Commission. The College affiliation is approved by the Bar Council of India through Letter No. BCI-D-1029,(2009(1-E.Mtg) Dated 7/7/2009.The college is also recognized under 2f & 12b of UGC Act 1956. The college is Re-Accreditated with “A” Grade by National Assessment & Accreditation Council. The college has celebrated its silver jubilee in the year 2003.
The institution offers quality legal education at undergraduate, postgraduate levels in the form of LL.B 3 Year / LL.B 5 Year & LLM Course. These courses are recognized and approved by the BCI & UGC. Besides this the college also offers diploma and certificate courses in the areas of specialization in Labor Laws, Taxation Laws, Arbitration Laws, Human Rights, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws, and Corporate Laws. BVP Deemed University offers entry into its affiliated law college through BVP CET Law. The intake process of BVP CET Law begins with applications for the offered law programs, after which candidates are issued admit cards for appearing in the law entrance examination. BVDU then declares the result of BVP CET Law mentioning the names of the qualifying candidates who are shortlisted for attending the counseling process.
Eligibility for BVP Law College

As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant.
The maximum age for seeking intake into the stream of 5 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and another backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years.

BVP CET LL.B 2023 Application Form
Students who are going to participate in the BVP CET LLB entrance exam 2022 must complete and submit the application form together with the prescribed fee. The fee is not refundable for entry tests.
How to Apply for BVP CET LL.B 2023 Application Form
- It is necessary for applicants to visit the official BVDU website.
- Click on “Apply Online for Admissions”
- Choose the course you want and select the link “Click here to apply.”
- On the screen will be displayed a whole time table for CET.
- Choose the course again and click on “Register / Apply.”
- Click on “Continue,” select “I agree”.
- Please fill out BVDU ‘s basic registration form including programme name, applicant name, e-mail address and contact number.
- To submit, click on the submit button.
- Upon completion of the registration, login with the user name and password provided.
- Complete the academic and personal qualifications.
- Upload Photo, signature, documents required, etc.
- Pay by credit card , debit card or net banking.
- Take a printout of the confirmatory page after the successful payment.
Applicantion Fee
- Applicants need to pay a fee of Rs. 1200/- for the test. This application fee is only for reference purposes based on last year’s record.
- Candidates can pay the application fee using a credit card, debit card or net banking.
BVP CET Law 2023 Application Guidelines
- Please note that only JPG, JPEG, PNG format must be used for scanned images and any other format will not be approved.
- The dimensions of the images to be uploaded must be corrected by the students.
- The size of the photograph must range from 20Kb to 50Kb and the picture on the adjacent box must be clearly visible.
- The size of the signature should range from 10Kb to 30Kb.
- Keep a digital copy of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
- For participation in the registration process for BVP CET Law, the application fee of Rs. 1200/-must be submitted.
