How to get admission to XLRI?

Students have to appear in the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) to take admission to XLRI, and that is usually conducted in the first week of January. This is the first step of admission, which is the same as CAT conducted by IIMs.

After the first step, the shortlisted candidates have to appear in the GD-PI rounds. Many of the students are unable to clear the XAT exam and other rounds, so they won’t be able to get admission. Those who are unable to and want to avoid the competitive rounds can apply for direct admission to XLRI. There are many options for the candidates to apply for direct admission like management quota/ NRI quota seats/ Donation quota seats in XLRI.

Xavier Labor Relations Institute

XLRI Delhi Placements 2025

According to the XLRI Delhi Placement 2025 data, the highest domestic package offered was INR 75 LPA, the average package was INR 28.68 LPA, and the median package was INR 26.25 LPA. As per media reports, the highest international package offered was INR 1.10 crore. A total of 107 students opted for placement. The top recruiters for the placement drive were Accenture, Life Pharmacy, Tech Mahindra, Ebullient Securities, Genapct, and more.

XLRI Delhi achieved an average stipend of INR 1.67 lakhs per month and the median stipend of INR 1.60 lakhs per month, respectively.
