What is the Integrated Course B.B.A LLB

This program aims to create a brand new race of Corporate Lawyers who would not only understand the intricacies of business but be equally well-versed in the nuances of Corporate Laws and Regulatory Affairs. A student will gain valuable insights in both the business functions like finance, human resource management, marketing, international business, and corporate laws in the fields of Banking, Corporate Governance, Investment, Competition, Insurance, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
B.B.A LLB is a five-year program. But it is an integration of management and business subjects and law. This degree program is introduced approximately in 2004 and a large number of youngsters are attracted to this course nowadays. The students who have completed their secondary education can join this course. The course was earlier offered by two institutes in India only- SLS Phone and NLU Jodhpur. The students who opt for this course have many career opportunities afterward. As this course covers the management studies also, they can work with many corporate sectors and business firms.

SLS, Pune India was established in 1977 under the banner of Symbi Society under the patronage of Dr. S. B. Mujumdar, President & Founder Director, it is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust, Act,1950. SLS is a constituent college of the SIU. It has recently shifted to Vimannagar, Pune.
SLS is a core partner in the global network of legal institutes, the Erasmus Mundus, DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) – a grant for bilateral exchange with Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, membership of International Association of Law Institution (IALS), USA, Asian Law Institute, Singapore and Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
Eligibility Criteria for B.B.A LLB

The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). Students who have appeared for their Standard XII final examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate at the time of the final entrance.
